Suites are either shared between two or four roommates, or rented as a full unit. Residents at Washington Square never have to worry about finding a laundromat, since a laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers is available in the building. All apartments come furnished, so you don’t have to use a moving service to transport your bed, desk, dresser or other large items.

Each apartment at CS Washington Square includes private bedrooms, and bathrooms with two vanities per bathroom. To keep our apartments clean and fresh for all residents to enjoy, we maintain a smoke-free living facility.
